Ilya Sorokin allowed four goals on 28 shots faced in the Islanders' 4-3 loss to the Penguins Thursday night.

Sorokin struggled to keep the puck out of the net in the season-opening contest, posting an .857 save percentage in the loss. The 30-year-old will continue to receive the majority of the work in the crease for head coach Patrick Roy as the season moves on.
