Emmitt Finnie tallied one assist in the Red Wings' 7-2 loss to the Islanders Thursday night.

Finnie continues a solid stretch in the offensive zone, posting points in five of his last seven games (three goals, four assists) for the Red Wings. The 20-year-old continues to offer head coach Todd McClellan a breakout option in the offensive zone as one of the more reliable forwards in an inconsistent Detroit lineup to this point.
