Frederik Andersen was able to stand tall in the crease for the Hurricanes Thursday night, stopping 44 of 48 shots faced in a 5-4 win over the Avalanche.
Fantasy Impact:
Andersen has struggled to keep the puck out of the net to begin the season, allowing three or more goals in four of five starts (4-1-0) for the Hurricanes. The 36-year-old will look to continue to take advantage of playing behind an explosive Carolina lineup for fantasy managers as the season continues.
