J.T. Compher lights lamp in Friday's loss to Rangers
by Chris Schommer | Red Wings Correspondent | Sun, Nov 9th 1:24pm EST
J.T. Compher was able to light the lamp for the Red Wings Friday night, scoring the lone goal in a 4-1 loss to the Rangers.
Fantasy Impact:
Compher has offered mixed results in the offensive zone of late, picking up points in five of his last 11 games (three goals, three assists) for the Red Wings. The 30-year-old offers head coach Todd McClellan more of a defensive forward option that goes through flashes of offensive stability as part of an inconsistent Detroit lineup to this point in the season.
