Mathew Barzal notched one assist in the Islanders' 3-2 win over the Mammoth Friday night.

Barzal continues an impactful stretch in the offensive zone, recording points in eight of his last nine games (three goals, five assists) for the Islanders. The 28-year-old continues to offer head coach Patrick Roy one of the few reliable offensive options as part of an inconsistent New York lineup, tallying 15 points (five goals, 10 assists) in 17 games so far this season.
