Josh Doan recorded two points for the Sabres Saturday night, scoring one goal and picking up one assist in a 5-4 win over the Red Wings.

Doan has provided mixed results in the offensive zone of late, picking up points in five of his last nine games (three goals, three assists) for the Sabres. The 23-year-old continues to recover from a slow start to the season in the offensive zone as part of an underperforming Buffalo lineup, posting 12 points (five goals, seven assists) in 18 games so far this season.
