Dawson Mercer posted one assist in the Devils' 4-3 win over the Red Wings Monday night.

Mercer is in the middle of a forgettable stretch in the offensive zone, picking up points in just two of his last eight games (one goal, one assist) for the Devils. The 24-year-old has been one of many mostly productive offensive options as part of a deep New Jersey lineup, notching 17 points (nine goals, eight assists) in 22 games so far this season.
