Matthew Knies was able to find the back of the net for the Maple Leafs Friday, scoring one goal in a 4-2 loss to the Capitals.
Fantasy Impact:
Knies has caught fire in the offensive zone since returning from injury, registering points in each of his last two games (one goal, one assist) for the Maple Leafs. The winger continues to offer head coach Craig Berube one of the few stable offensive options as part of an underperforming Toronto lineup, posting a 1.14 point per game average (six goals, 18 assists) in 21 games so far this season.
