Andrei Svechnikov was able to find the back of the net for the Hurricanes Saturday night, scoring one goal in a 5-3 loss to the Avalanche.
Fantasy Impact:
Svechnikov continues a torrid stretch in the offensive zone, registering points in seven of his last nine games (five goals, eight assists) for the Hurricanes. The winger has offered head coach Rod Brindamour one of the more productive offensive options in the Carolina lineup of late, picking up 31 points (12 goals, 19 assists) in 41 games so far this season.
