John Carlson posted two points for the Capitals Monday night, scoring one goal and adding one assist in a 7-4 win over the Ducks.
Fantasy Impact:
Carlson has struggled to make an impact in the offensive zone of late, recording points for the first time in his last six games Monday night. The 35-year-old remains one of the more reliable offensive options from the Washington blueline for head coach Spencer Carberry, notching 31 points (nine goals, 22 assists) in 39 games so far this season.
