Alex Tuch recorded a power play assist early in the second period to help the Sabres beat the Islanders 5-3 to win their fourth straight and fifth in their last six games.
Tuch is now up to 26 asissts and 38 points in just 48 games played this season. He has produced well while on the ice but has had a difficult time staying healthy over the last three seasons.

Tuch scored a late insurance tally for Buffalo as the defeated Vegas, he also fired four shots on goal.
The Sabres forward now has 24 points (8 goals, 16 assists) in 27 games played this year. The goal was his first since February 15th.
