Carter Hart takes the loss against the Rangers

Carter Hart allowed three goals on 27 shots in a 4-1 loss to the Rangers.

Fantasy Impact

Hart’s record moves to 5-6-3 on the season. Fantasy managers will have to hope his personal three game losing streak is just a bump in the road for the young net-minder.

Carter Hart drops 2nd game in a row vs Lightning

Hart plays game one of back-back, allows 4 goals on 35 shots as Flyers get blanked by Tampa Bay. Hart's record falls to 5-4-3.

Fantasy Impact

After allowing an avg of 2 goals per game thru their first 7 games of Nov, the Flyers have uncharacteristically allowed 4+ in 3 straight loses. Hart has a 3.5 GAA and .896 SV over his last 2 starts. With Jones set to start tonight(11/24), Hart will look to get back in the winning column at home vs the Division leading Hurricanes.

Carter Hart beats Flames with another strong start

Carter Hart made 33 saves to backstop the Flyers to a 2-1 win over the Flames on Tuesday. Hart's record improved to 5-3-2.

Fantasy Impact

No team allowed more goals than the Flyers last season. Hart and the defense in front of him both deserved blame, but GM Chuck Fletcher made a commitment in the offseason to improve the team defense, and it's paying off. Only the Hurricanes and the Flames allow fewer goals per game this season. Hart seems to have put his sophomore slump clearly in the rear view. He looks sharp and confident in the crease, and the young goalie, full of potential, is one of the best bargains in fantasy hockey right now.

Carter Hart terrific in win over Hurricanes

Carter Hart made 39 saves on 40 shots against in Friday's 2-1 win over the Hurricanes. The win improved his record to 4-3-2 for the season.

Fantasy Impact

This was Hart's best game of the season, and arguably the best of his young career. Many of his 39 saves were of high quality. Following his poor 2020-2021 season, the young Flyers goaltender was an afterthought in fantasy drafts this year, but he seems to have regained the confidence that made him one of the league's top goaltending prospects just two seasons ago. With the Flyers defense in front of him also much improved, Hart has exciting potential this season.
