Dylan Larkin got a second-period assist which provided the difference in a Red Wings 2-1 win versus Florida. He also had four shots, one block, and one hit while finishing with a plus-one rating in the win.
After being held without a point during a four-game stretch in early February, Larkin has rebounded with an assist in each of his last two games. This season he has four goals and seven assists with a minus-seven rating in 20 games played.
Larkin scored a second-period goal, but that would be the only tally of the game for Detroit in a 4-1 loss to Chicago. He was very active in the game with five shots, a hit, and a block in 25:34 minutes of ice time.
At the age of 24, Larkin is proving to be an effective Captain for the young Red Wings. This season in five games played he has three goals and two assists with 20 shots on goal.
Dylan Larkin had three points in the Red Wings’ 5-4 shootout win over the Lightning on Sunday. He was a plus one with one goal, two assist, one PPP and six SOG in 23:39 of ice-time. Larkin now has 19 goals and 34 assists in 70 games played.
Larkin has been a disappointment this season but should still get to 60 points on the season. He needs to be locked and loaded in lineups because the Red Wings’ offense is healthy.

Larkin has been a disappointment this season. He clearly missed Anthony Mantha because since he has returned Larkin has played much better. Larkin should be in every lineup going forward.
Dylan Larkin found the back of the net twice in the Red Wings 4-2 loss to the Flames on Sunday. He was a minus one with two goals on three SOG in 21:57 of ice-time. Larkin now has 17 goals and 28 assists on the season.
No word other than disappointment can be used to describe Larkin or the Red Wings season. If Anthony Mantha was healthy it would be safe to assume Larkin would have had a better season. Look for him to be a value in 2020-2021 drafts.
