Coreau stopped all 18 shots he faced in the Red Wings 1-0 win over the Montreal Canadiens Monday night.
Fantasy Impact
This marks Coreau's second straight win after being pulled January 8th against the Sharks. He has been a decent backup option in net for the Red Wings but is only fantasy relevant in very deep leagues.
Coreau stopped all 34 shots he faced last night as the Red Wings went on to beat the LA kings 4-0.
Fantasy Impact
This marks the 25 year old goalie's first NHL career shut out. He has played five games this season for the Red Wings going 3-1-1 over that span.
Coreau saved 32 of the 36 shots he faced. He was given a 3-1 lead going into the third period but the explosive Penguins offense won it in the third period.
Fantasy Impact
He has to beat our Mrazek before he becomes a major asset.
