Marcus Kruger

Marcus Kruger scored early in the first period in the Blackhawks 6-5 loss against the Jets.

Fantasy Impact

Kruger has been quiet this season, and finally snapped a 15-game streak without a point by scoring his third goal on the year.

Kruger's beautiful no-lokk backhand pass set up Dennis Rasmussen in front of the net to shove the puck in.

Fantasy Impact

Great move and a first playoff point by Kruger.

Kruger had a rare multi-point game scoring a goal after adding an assist for his 16th and 17th points this season.

Fantasy Impact

Kruger is a decent, although rather low-end option in fantasy.

Marcus Kruger earned an assist and two penalty minutes during Sunday's 5-1 victory over the Buffalo Sabres.

Fantasy Impact

Kruger followed through on the rush, rebounding a shot and feeding Marian Hossa to assist the goal at the 9:40 mark of the second period. Kruger has been quiet on the scoresheet since returning from a hand injury until this performance. He now has 12 points through 47 contests on the season, with just two points in his last six games.

Marcus Kruger (hand) is probable to play in Thursday night's match-up against the Winnipeg Jets.

Fantasy Impact

Kruger has missed the last 11 games due to a hand injury. He only has 10 points through 39 games this season, but Kruger brings more stability to the fourth line with Marian Hossa. Fantasy owners should monitor Kruger's progress tonight. With Kruger looking good to go, the chances of Dennis Rasmussen suiting up are less likely.
