Nathan Beaulieu adds an assist

Nathan Beaulieu earned his third assist of the year in the 5-1 loss to the Senators on Friday.

Fantasy Impact

Beaulieu is a stay-at-home defenceman that does not offer value in any format, as he simply does not produce enough in any category. Leave him untouched in your league.

Nathan Beaulieu adds another assist in loss

Nathan Beaulieu had an assist in his second consecutive game in Thursday's 8-5 loss to the Canucks.

Fantasy Impact

The veteran is not known for his offensive abilities, so these two apples are more likely for the fact that nearly everyone on the Ducks' offence has found the scoresheet the last two games. He offers little upside and does not need to be added to any fantasy leagues.

Nathan Beaulieu not extended qualifying offer

Nathan Beaulieu will become an Unrestricted Free Agent as the Jets did not extend a qualifying offer.

Fantasy Impact

Europe is most likely a better option for Nathan Beaulieu. He has no fantasy value.

Nathan Beaulieu scores goal in Sabres overtime victory

Nathan Beaulieu scored his 3rd goal of the season in the third period of the Sabres 3-2 overtime win on Tuesday night.

Fantasy Impact

Nathan Beaulieu has some offensive upside but rarely gets deployment to utilize those skills. As well, Beaulieu is a healthy scratch occasionally. On Tuesday night he did play and scored his 3rd goal of the season to go along with 2 assists in 15 games. Decent numbers for limited duty. Beaulieu retains no value as he gets scratched some games and when he does play he gets lower defensive pairing and no power play time. Until Beaulieu gets more ice time on a consistent basis he shouldn’t be owned in any fantasy format.

Nathan Beaulieu adds two assists in Sabres win

Nathan Beaulieu assisted on both Sabres goals in their 2–1 victory over Tampa on Tuesday night. Beaulieu’s first assist was on Jeff Skinner’s first period goal. Beaulieu’s second assist was on Kyle Okposo’s game winning goal in the second period.

Fantasy Impact

Nathan Beaulieu has been offensively productive of late. The former first rounder, Beaulieu, has only a career high of 28 points. With Bealieu’s 2 assists on Monday night he is at 2 goals and 2 assists through 11 games. If he can stay healthy he may be able to get back in the 25-30 point scoring range. Beaulieu is only a deep league roster-worthy
