Steel sent a low rocket on goal in the vaning seconds of the first period and the Ducks PP, and Ryan Kesler scored on the rebound a few seconds later.

Steel is emerging as the player the Ducks hoped he'd be, but with his minutes somewhat managed, the points are not quite there yet. In any csae he has 2 points in 7 games, both coming on the PP.
