Gemel Smith was claimed off of waivers by the Boston Bruins on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact
Smith fits the Bruins need for more forward depth so the move makes a lot of sense for Boston. As for Smith, he has three points through 14 games this year and he doesn't appear to be due for a large role in Boston.
