Its hard to know exactly how Vasquez's visit to Dr. Andrews will go, but it may be time to plan for the worst. Keep an eye on Boston's pitching staff if Vasquez is going to be out for a prolonged period of time. Ryan Hanigan figures to take over every day catching duties while veteran Humberto Quintero looks to be the back-up if this is a season long injury.
