6 Fantasy Baseball Risers & Fallers: Week 21 (2026)

6 Fantasy Baseball Risers & Fallers: Week 21 (2026)

Welcome to our weekly fantasy baseball risers and fallers column. In this article, I’ll identify three risers and three fallers based on what transpired over the previous week.

Given that we’re near the end of the season, there are more options to choose from. We know how managers are deploying their players, with some surprisingly receiving less playing time than initially expected. We also have a few young hitters who are making their presence felt immediately.

Without further ado, let’s find out who this week’s biggest risers and fallers are.

Fantasy Baseball Risers

Kade Anderson (SP – SEA)

Kade Anderson was finally called up by the Mariners for a start this weekend. He looks like a future ace, putting up some of the most dominant numbers you’ll ever see in the minor leagues.

There’s a good chance Anderson will be an absolute difference-maker down the stretch, so back up the Brinks truck in FAAB to acquire him.

Vinnie Pasquantino (1B – KC)

Vinnie Pasquantino has had a disappointing season riddled with injuries. But he’s finally healthy and showing signs of life at the plate.

It’s been a disastrous season for the Royals, but they still have a talented lineup. With Pasquantino hitting in the heart of the order, we could see a strong finish.

    Corey Seager (SS – TEX)

Corey Seager is starting to heat up at the plate. As usual, he’s dealt with injuries, but when he finds his groove, he can be quite valuable.

I like Seager’s chances of a strong finish, especially with the Rangers in the thick of the American League West division race and also battling for the final Wild Card spot.

    Bryce Miller (SP – SEA)

It’s been the tale of two seasons for Bryce Miller. He looked like an absolute ace in the first half, but he’s fallen apart. He doesn’t look like the same pitcher right now, which makes me concerned that he’s playing through injury. With Kade Anderson called up, we could see Miller move to the injured list (IL) soon.

    Spencer Torkelson (1B – DET)

Spencer Torkelson has been ice-cold at the plate. While he’s provided you with some power, he’s really hurting in batting average.

It’s hard to roster Torkelson right now, especially since he’s such a streaky hitter. When he’s not getting it done, as is the case now, he’s completely unplayable.

    Jeremy Pena (SS – HOU)

Jeremy Pena finds his way into this column once again, as this has now been a prolonged cold streak. I’m still hopeful he can get it going with the Astros in the postseason race, but he’s been extremely frustrating. If possible, leave him on your bench next week.
