by James Ignatius Zeankowski | Thu, May 28th 6:44am EDT

During the 5-4 loss to the Baltimore Orioles on Wednesday afternoon, Evan Gattis went a resounding 3-for-4 in the game. He tallied a single, a double, and his 10th home run of the season to start a comeback rally in the 7th inning. Despite the eventual team loss, Gattis saw a huge jump in his average to .218 on the season.

Fantasy Impact:

This is not the first time that Evan Gattis has started a rally for a ball club. Having done the same thing as an Atlanta Brave, El Oso Blanco has a way about his playing style and work ethic that makes generating comebacks look easy. This makes him a very valuable young man and player to have around on any roster, real and fantasy alike. Fans in Astros Country and across the baseball world can expect many more of these outings from Evan Gattis in both the near and distant futures.
