With more and more fantasy owners opting to wait on the quarterback and tight end positions in drafts, streaming each position has become a viable option. This is made easier by the fact that there are usually solid options on the waiver wire. Each week this column will scour the waiver wire and look for quarterbacks and tight ends who are owned in fewer than 50% of leagues and could be worth starting for your fantasy team.
All ownership percentages come from Yahoo fantasy leagues and all references to fantasy points allowed per game come from our fantasy points allowed (PA) reports here on Fantasy Pros. All references to DVOA (Defense-Adjusted Value Over Average) come from rankings on www.footballoutsiders.com. A detailed explanation of DVOA can be found here.

Quarterback
Trevor Siemian (DEN): 14% owned @ New Orleans Saints
Siemian has been a marginal real-life quarterback and normally hasn’t been worth using in fantasy this season, but he will be a valuable streamer this weekend against the Saints in New Orleans. The Saints own one of the least effective pass defenses on the season, and they are coming off of coughing up 398 yards and two touchdowns to Colin Kaepernick in Week 9. Before Kaepernick connected on 24-of-39 passes against the Saints, he was completing less than 50% of his attempts in his previous two starts. Expect the explosive Saints to keep the pressure on Denver to throw the ball, which should lead to a good deal of passing volume for Siemian in Week 10.
Case Keenum (LAR): 5% owned @ New York Jets
Keenum has been a productive fantasy quarterback this season, posting 2,004 passing yards and nine touchdowns for the Rams through eight games. He’s managed at least a passing touchdown in five of his past six games played, with three of those games going for multiple scores. With the resurgence of Kenny Britt and Lance Kendricks coming on over the past few weeks, Keenum should be able to post a solid scoring week against a Jets pass defense that has been one of the worst units in the league this season.
Tight End
Lance Kendricks (LAR): 15% owned @ New York Jets
As mentioned above, Kendricks has really come on over the past three weeks. Once a fantasy sleeper candidate who never woke up, Kendricks may finally be capitalizing on the potential that made him a popular late-round upside pick several years ago. Kendricks has posted 19 catches for 179 yards and a touchdown over his past three games while seeing at least seven targets in four of his past five games.
Virgil Green (DEN): 11% owned @ New Orleans Saints
Green is still looking for his first touchdown of 2016, but he has a great matchup against the Saints coming up in Week 10. New Orleans is fresh off allowing the San Francisco tight end duo of Vance McDonald and Garrett Celek to combine for seven catches, 160 yards, and a touchdown in Week 9. The Broncos should have to throw a bit more than normal to keep up with a Saints offense that is dangerous at home. Look for Green to put up his best game of the season in Week 10.
