Chris Paddack (SDP): $8,900 @ MIA
It seems pretty crazy to me that Paddack is the fifth-highest pitcher on this short slate, in arguably the best matchup in baseball. We’re talking about a guy with a 2.84 ERA and 0.92 WHIP while posting an 87:18 K:BB rate. Those are simply some of the best numbers around and he should have no problem crushing through this cupcake lineup. Not only is Marlins Park the best pitching park in the Majors, Miami currently ranks bottom-three in runs scored, OPS, wOBA and xwOBA. That’s why I have Paddack projected as a $10,500 player, as we’re looking at a $1,600 discount.
