Mike Williams to receive MRI, fear of significant injury
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, WR Mike Williams will receive an MRI on his knee to test it with the fear being that he suffered a significant, potentially season-ending, injury.
Fantasy Impact
The hope is that his injury will be lesser than the initial fears, but we will not know until we get back the results. If Williams misses any significant time, rookie WR Quentin Johnston will likely see a significant increase in role. He has played behind WR Joshua Palmer, who will likely pair with Keenan Allen in two-WR sets, but could see increased usage in the passing game.

Derek Carr (AC sprain) avoids major injury
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, QB Derek Carr is believed to have suffered an AC joint sprain in his shoulder after going to the hospital and undergoing a series of tests.
Fantasy Impact
This is a best-case scenario for the New Orleans Saints, with the initial fear being that Carr suffered a major injury. The shoulder sprain could hold him out for a few weeks with the backup options for the Saints being Jameis Winston (16 attempts in relief on Sunday) and the positionless Taysom Hill. Carr’s situation should be monitored for all Saints fantasy assets.

Jimmy Garoppolo evaluated for concussion after Week 3 loss
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Las Vegas Raiders QB Jimmy Garoppolo was evaluated for a concussion following their Week 3 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Fantasy Impact
Garoppolo played the entirety of the Raiders’ Sunday night loss, throwing for 324 yards, two scores and three interceptions on 64% passing. If he misses any time, the backup options for the Raiders are Brian Hoyer and rookie Aidan O’Connell. His situation should be monitored for his Week 4 status.

Joe Burrow status for Monday night still up in air
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, an answer on QB Joe Burrow‘s Week 3 status is expected to come out on Monday morning, but his status is still in the air for now.
Fantasy Impact
Burrow saw an increase in reps over the week in practice, Rapoport says, which could help, but with his nagging calf injury still ailing him, he’s still questionable. If he misses the game, Jake Browning is likely in line to start, and the Bengals could call up either Reid Sinnett or AJ McCarron from the practice squad.
