Brock Purdy dealing with a stinger, not expected to linger
49ers’ coach Kyle Shanahan indicated he doesn’t believe the stinger issue for Brock Purdy will linger.

Shanahan added that Purdy potentially could have gone back in but Shanahan kept him out given the score and OL situation. His status will be something to monitor in practice this week.

Trevor Lawrence diagnosed with sprained shoulder
Trevor Lawrence suffered a sprained right shoulder in Sunday’s loss against the Buccaneers.

Rapoport added it’s not believed to be a major injury to Lawrence’s throwing shoulder, but it’s unclear how this affects his availability this upcoming week. It will be C.J. Beathard under center for Jacksonville if Lawrence is sidelined.

Dolphins’ coach Mike McDaniel said WR Jaylen Waddle has high-ankle sprain.

McDaniel added that they can be tricky as Waddle was forced to leave Sunday’s game early. His status for the rest of the regular season is in doubt.
