• Lars Nootbaar (OF – STL): Lars Nootbaar has shaken off his early-season injury woes and is now delivering impressive performances. Over the last two weeks, Nootbaar is hitting .286 with a .444 OBP, .595 SLG, and a 1.040 OPS. With four home runs, 10 RBIs and more walks than strikeouts, Nootbaar is an excellent addition, especially in points leagues.
• James Wood (OF – WAS): James Wood is a prospect on the brink of a call-up. With impressive Triple-A stats, hitting .348 with eight home runs and 10 steals, Wood’s power-speed combo makes him a valuable stash. Currently rostered in 60% of leagues, now is the time to grab him before he gets the promotion.
• Alec Burleson (1B, OF – STL): Alec Burleson is quietly putting together a solid season, batting .300 with five home runs and 17 RBIs. With Paul Goldschmidt struggling, Burleson is finding more playing time. Rostered in only 20% of leagues, he’s a great add for those in need of corner infield or outfield depth.
