While the 2024 NFL regular season is months away, now is the time to start preparing for fantasy football redraft leagues. Many factors go into fantasy football players winning their redraft league every year. However, the top factor is drafting players at a value.
Let’s look at some of my favorite fantasy football draft values based on MyFantasyLeague average draft position (ADP) for redraft leagues.

Fantasy Football Draft Values: MFL Leagues
Kirk Cousins (QB – ATL) | MFL ADP – QB25
The veteran has been productive for fantasy players despite averaging only 6.4 rushing yards per game in his career. Furthermore, Kirk Cousins has consistently been a low-end QB1 since becoming a full-time starter in 2015. While he is coming off a torn Achilles, Cousins should be 100% healthy for Week 1. The veteran has an outstanding receiving core in Drake London, Kyle Pitts, Darnell Mooney and Bijan Robinson. Furthermore, he plays most of his games indoors and against suspect defenses this year. Cousins could have a top-five fantasy QB finish in 2024.
Joe Mixon (RB – HOU) | MFL ADP – RB19
While Joe Mixon hasn’t been the most efficient running back, the veteran has had three consecutive top-12 finishes in half-PPR scoring. Some are concerned Mixon won’t see the same volume in Houston he had with the Cincinnati Bengals. However, that won’t be the case. Last year, the Texans’ backfield averaged 22 touches per contest. Furthermore, Devin Singletary was the RB9 from Week 10 through Week 18 as the featured guy, averaging 19.4 touches and 13.2 fantasy points per game. Mixon will remain a low-end RB1 in Houston.
James Conner (RB – ARI) | MFL ADP – RB29
The knock against James Conner is his injury history, having missed four games in back-to-back seasons. He has never finished lower than the RB10 since joining Arizona on a points-per-game basis in half-PPR scoring. Last year, the veteran had the fourth-highest explosive run rate (6.3%) and the third-highest missed forced tackle per rushing attempt among running backs with at least 150 attempts, per Fantasy Points Data. While the Cardinals spent a third-round pick on Trey Benson, the rookie won’t replace Conner as the starter in 2024.
