Dynasty Rookie Mock Draft: Superflex, Half-PPR (2025 Fantasy Football)

The 2025 NFL Draft is nearly here, meaning dynasty rookie drafts won’t be too far behind. Therefore, now is the perfect time for another dynasty rookie mock draft.

This dynasty rookie mock draft is a two-round, 12-team, and superflex mock with half-point PPR scoring.

Superflex Dynasty Rookie Mock Draft

Round 1

Pick 1.01 – Ashton Jeanty (RB – Boise State)

Many thought Jeanty should have won the Heisman award last season. However, the former Boise State star is all but a lock to be the first pick in superflex dynasty rookie drafts. The only knock against the elite prospect is his heavy workload, totaling 830 touches in college. Meanwhile, Jeanty had 29 rushing touchdowns last year.

Pick 1.02 – Omarion Hampton (RB – North Carolina)

The former North Carolina star doesn’t have the same name value as Ashton Jeanty. Yet, Hampton is an excellent option for fantasy players who need running back help but just missed out on Ashton Jeanty. He finished second in college football with 1,660 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns. Hampton also had 373 receiving yards, breaking the school’s record for scrimmage yards with 2,033.

Pick 1.03 – Cam Ward (QB – Miami)

Our first quarterback of the mock draft comes off the board at pick 1.03. Ward went from a mid-round NFL Draft prospect at Washington State to the likely No. 1 overall pick by the Tennessee Titans. He finished fourth in the Heisman voting after totaling 4,313 passing yards and an ACC-high 39 touchdowns last year.

Pick 1.04 – Tetairoa McMillan (WR – Arizona)

While McMillan’s NFL Draft stock has slightly slipped over the past month, the former Arizona star remains the top wide receiver in dynasty rookie drafts. He finished his college career with 26 receiving touchdowns in 37 games. More importantly, McMillan led the Big 12 in receiving yards with 1,319 last season.

Pick 1.05 – Tyler Warren (TE – Penn State)

Last year’s rookie class featured the best tight end prospect in a long time. However, fantasy players who missed out on Brock Bowers have a chance to land the second-best tight end prospect in recent memory. Warren had a breakout 2024 season, leading the Big Ten in receptions (104) and receiving yards (1,233). He is also a threat on the ground, totaling 26 attempts for 218 yards and four touchdowns.

Pick 1.06 – Matthew Golden (WR – Texas)

After projecting as a late-round pick heading into the 2024 season, Golden significantly improved his draft stock in his lone year at Texas. The explosive playmaker finished with 58 receptions for 987 receiving yards and an SEC-high nine receiving touchdowns after stepping up as the Longhorn’s No. 1 wide receiver late in the season with Isaiah Bond dealing with an injury.

Pick 1.07 – Emeka Egbuka (WR – Ohio State)

Unfortunately, Egbuka was overshadowed last year by superstar freshman Jeremiah Smith. However, don’t be surprised if he is the next former Ohio State wide receiver to turn into a fantasy star in the NFL. He had 10 receiving touchdowns last season, the second time hitting the double-digit mark in the past three years.

Pick 1.08 – Shedeur Sanders (QB – Colorado)

Sanders will be a top-eight pick in superflex rookie drafts despite the recent concerns about his draft capital. Unfortunately, the former Colorado star will likely be a better NFL passer than a fantasy quarterback. Yet, he should have a decade-long career as a starting quarterback and a low-end QB1/high-end QB2 for fantasy players.

Pick 1.09 – TreVeyon Henderson (RB – Ohio State)

Last year, Ohio State had the best 1-2 punch at running back in college football with Quinshon Judkins and Henderson. While both are excellent NFL Draft prospects, Henderson offers more fantasy upside because of his skills in the passing game. Despite sharing the backfield workload with Judkins, Henderson had over 900 rushing yards and double-digit touchdowns for the second consecutive season.

Pick 1.10 – Colston Loveland (TE – Michigan)

Some will have Loveland ranked ahead of Tyler Warren in their dynasty rookie rankings. However, he doesn’t offer the same upside as the former Penn State star. Despite Michigan’s struggles at the quarterback position in 2024, Loveland had 56 receptions for 582 receiving yards and five touchdowns. He could turn into a fantasy star as a rookie in the right situation.

Pick 1.11 – Quinshon Judkins (RB – Ohio State)

Ohio State had arguably the best 1-2 punch at running back in college football this year. Judkins was a superstar at Ole Miss and kept up his elite play in Columbus. The elite runner had 14 rushing touchdowns and 16 offensive scores this season despite sharing the backfield workload. He has had 12 or more rushing touchdowns every year of his college career.

Pick 1.12 – Jaxson Dart (QB – Ole Miss)

Dart was one of the top winners from the Senior Bowl. The former Ole Miss star has put himself in the first-round conversation, with several NFL teams reportedly having him as the QB2 on their draft board. If he becomes a top-20 NFL Draft pick, Dart could shoot up dynasty rookie rankings.
