The 2025 NFL Draft is in the rearview mirror. While 257 players lived their dream of being drafted by an NFL team, hundreds more didn’t get selected. However, there are 22 undrafted players in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Therefore, everyone who went undrafted still has a chance to have an all-time NFL career.
Let’s look at my top undrafted free agent at every position.

Top Undrafted Free Agents
Brady Cook (QB – NYJ)
Cook has a solid career at Missouri, totaling 50 passing touchdowns and over 9,250 yards in 47 career games. Unfortunately, he had a disappointing 2024 season, totaling a career-low 11 passing touchdowns as the starter. Yet, Cook could develop into a solid career backup, especially after landing with the Jets with Tyrod Taylor in the quarterback room.
Raheim Sanders (RB – LAC)
While the Chargers spent their first-round pick on Omarion Hampton, don’t be surprised when Sanders makes the final roster and has a role as a rookie. Hampton is the unquestioned No. 1 guy in the backfield, even with Najee Harris joining the team in free agency. However, the veteran has never been an efficient runner. Meanwhile, Sanders averaged 5.4 yards per attempt in college.
Isaiah Bond (WR – FA)
Unfortunately, Bond was arrested earlier this month on charges of sexual assault. While he claims his innocence, the charges led to the former Texas receiver going undrafted. Furthermore, Bond will likely remain a free agent until the legal process has worked itself out. However, he will have a significant market if things go his way legally. Despite a lack of eye-popping numbers in college, Bond is a talented wide receiver with excellent speed.
Jake Briningstool (TE – KC)
Many believe Travis Kelce will call it a career after the upcoming season. Yet, the Chiefs didn’t select a tight end in the 2025 NFL Draft. Instead, they signed Briningstool as an undrafted free agent after he set career highs in receiving yards (530) and touchdowns (seven) last year. While Noah Gray and Jared Wiley should be the top tight ends on the depth chart behind Kelce, expect Briningstool to make the final roster.
Logan Brown (OT – MIN)
According to PFF, Brown didn’t surrender a sack last season at Kansas. However, he did give up six hurries on 292 pass block reps. Yet, it was surprising when Brown went undrafted. While he likely won’t start anytime soon in Minnesota, the undrafted rookie has a chance to be the team’s swing tackle this year with a strong offseason showing.
Jake Majors (iOL – TB)
Texas had 12 players drafted, the second-most this year behind Georgia (13). Unfortunately, Majors wasn’t one of the 12 former Longhorns drafted. However, he should have been a mid-Day 3 pick after an excellent college career. The former Texas star was one of the top centers in college football last season. According to PFF, Majors gave up three sacks in 2,055 pass-blocking snaps during his five years at Texas.
Nazir Stackhouse (DL – GB)
While the Packers spent a trio of Day 3 picks on their defensive line, don’t be surprised if Stackhouse makes the team’s final 53-man roster this summer. He didn’t have much sack production in college, totaling three in 59 career games, including zero last year. However, Stackhouse played a massive role in Georgia’s run defense.
Jared Ivey (EDGE – SEA)
Ivey had a solid career at Ole Miss, totaling 28 sacks in 38 career games with the Rebels. Last season, he finished third on the team with a career-high seven sacks, totaling more than first-round pick Walter Nolen in a few games. The Seahawks have a solid set of edge rushers. Yet, I wouldn’t bet against Ivey making the final roster.
Chandler Martin (LB – BAL)
Baltimore drafted several players on defense, including a fourth-round pick on linebacker Teddye Buchanan. However, don’t be surprised if Martin makes the final roster later. Last year, he was a force for Memphis’ defense, leading the team in total tackles (111), tackles for a loss (16), and sacks (seven). While Martin might begin his career as a special teams specialist, he could start at some point for the Ravens.
Cobee Bryant (CB – ATL)
Many were shocked to see Bryant go undrafted after a productive college career at Kansas. He was one of the top cornerbacks in the Big 12 the past few years. The former Kansas star was a turnover machine. Bryant had 13 interceptions in his career, totaling four in 2023 and 2024. Furthermore, he ranked third in the conference in interceptions last season and fourth the year before. Bryant could quickly earn a meaningful role in Atlanta’s secondary.
Sebastian Castro (S – PIT)
The Steelers waited until the seventh round of the NFL Draft to add to their secondary. Furthermore, they only signed one undrafted free agent following the draft. Castro is far from an athletic player, ranking last in the 40-yard dash (4.59 seconds) at the NFL Combine among safeties. Yet, he is a tough and smart player who can create turnovers. Castro had four interceptions and three forced fumbles over his final two years at Iowa.
