Week 3 Buy Low
Who is your favorite buy-low trade candidate heading into Week 3 and why? Also, who are you willing to give up for him?
Brian Thomas Jr. (WR – JAC)
“Brian Thomas Jr. is a fantastic buy-low candidate after two straight meh weeks. The Jaguars’ offense is producing, yet Thomas has yet to hit his stride. The second-year receiver saw his targets increase in Week 2, and he gets a matchup at home in Week 3 against the Texans. Expect Derek Stingley Jr. to follow him around in a similar vein to what we saw Stingley do with Mike Evans in Week 2. The Jaguars’ offense is moving thus far, and it won’t be long before Thomas hits his stride. Any deal involving Deebo Samuel or J.K. Dobbins in a package for Thomas would be good enough to make the move to acquire the star wideout.”

TreVeyon Henderson (RB – NE)
“I’ll break my rule against never rostering running backs who play for the Patriots and buy low on TreVeyon Henderson. He’s coming off a Week 2 performance that saw him record only a 32% snap share as Rhamondre Stevenson dominated the day. Starting now, however, New England has a schedule that should give them enough space for both backs to outperform their rankings. They have home games against the Steelers and Panthers, neither of whom is stopping anything at this point, before a trip to Buffalo and a return home against the Saints. Week 3 is also when everyone who was super-hyped about rookies starts to freak out when they start slowly. In exchange, I would have no issue unloading D’Andre Swift for him.”

Week 3 Sell High
Who is your favorite sell-high candidate after Week 2 and why? Also, who would you try to get in return?
Travis Etienne Jr. (RB – JAC)
“Travis Etienne is off to a smashing start, though a cushy schedule has helped. But Bhayshul Tuten has also looked pretty impressive. I’m thinking Tuten can keep pushing for work and maybe even steal the job at some point this year. Perhaps one of your opponents is frustrated by one of the sluggish rookie backs and could overpay for Etienne’s juicy production thus far.”
