While there are two games left on Monday Night, it’s still a good time to reflect on Week 2 and start considering wide receivers and tight ends to either pick up from the waiver wire with a chance to start or simply stash. Let’s check them out.

Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Targets & Stashes
All players listed below are rostered in 44% or fewer of Yahoo! leagues.
WR Handcuffs, Targets & Stashes
Kayshon Boutte (WR – NE) | 28% Rostered
Kayshon Boutte’s target share dropped substantially in Week 2, but he still caught a touchdown pass. His target share is now just 13.2% after finishing with a 4.3% share this week. Not ideal, but his touchdown saved the day.
Cedric Tillman (WR – CLE) | 39% Rostered
Cedric Tillman caught another touchdown in Week 2 and now has a 17.1% target share. Unfortunately, he only caught two of his seven targets, but seeing those targets is what’s important. Without targets, there’s no potential.
Elic Ayomanor (WR – TEN) | 8% Rostered
Elic Ayomanor was involved quite a bit in Week 2. He had a 19.4% target share, which tied with fellow wide receiver Calvin Ridley and tight end Chig Okonkwo. He caught four passes on six targets for 56 yards and a touchdown.
It’s difficult for rookie quarterbacks to support more than one receiver, but through two weeks, Ayomanor has a 23.2% target share and would be even more involved if anything happened to Ridley.
Isaac TeSlaa (WR – DET) | 9% Rostered
This is a pure stash play. Isaac TeSlaa isn’t used or targeted much, but he’s proven to be an excellent downfield threat. He had an outstanding 29-yard sideline catch this week. Pick him up and hold.
Wan’Dale Robinson (WR – NYG) | 22% Rostered
Through two weeks, Wan’Dale Robinson has a 25% target share and has caught 14 of his 18 targets for 197 yards and a touchdown. He exploded in Week 2, catching eight passes for 142 yards and a score.
Robinson is getting plenty of targets, and he needs to be rostered more.
Romeo Doubs (WR – GB) | 16% Rostered
Romeo Doubs had an 18.5% target share in Week 2 and caught a touchdown. Through two weeks, he has an 18.4% target share. Jayden Reed is now injured. I expect Doubs to see an uptick in opportunities.
Christian Watson (WR – GB) | 4% Rostered
This is a pure stash play. Christian Watson is still on injured reserve (IR) as he recovers from an ACL tear.
Dyami Brown (WR – JAX) | 1% Rostered
Dyami Brown caught five passes for 57 yards and a touchdown in Week 2, bringing his target share to 15.7% through two weeks. He also runs routes on 84.2% of quarterback Trevor Lawrence‘s dropbacks.
Should anything happen to Travis Hunter or Brian Thomas Jr., he’ll be even more involved.
TE Handcuffs, Targets & Stashes
Harold Fannin Jr. (TE – CLE) | 43% Rostered
Harold Fannin Jr. and fellow tight end David Njoku both had a 12.2% target share in Week 2. Fannin caught five passes for 48 yards. Through two weeks, he’s third on the team in target share at 16.9%.
Fannin is not running routes as often as I’d like (64.6% of dropbacks), but he’s been productive through two NFL games.
Juwan Johnson (TE – NO) | 44% Rostered
Juwan Johnson is the second target in this Saints offense. He has an eye-popping 26.7% target share through two games. In Week 2, he caught five passes on nine targets for 49 yards and a score.
Johnson is a TE1 every week at this point.
