With Week 11 almost behind us—the Las Vegas Raiders and Dallas Cowboys will play on Monday Night Football—it’s time to look ahead to Week 12 and which players we should look to pick up at the wide receiver and tight end positions off the waiver wire.
In Week 12, the Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Chargers, Miami Dolphins, and Washington Commanders are on bye. See below for my top pickups and stashes ahead of Week 12.

Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Targets & Stashes
All players listed below are rostered in 30% or fewer of Yahoo! leagues.
WR Handcuffs, Targets & Stashes
Elic Ayomanor (WR – TEN) | 17% Rostered
Elic Ayomanor extended his streak of five targets or more to five games, catching two of his six targets for 11 yards. No, the production wasn’t great, but Ayomanor will be the No. 1 WR for this team moving forward, with Calvin Ridley out for the season due to a broken fibula.
Jayden Higgins (WR – HOU) | 16% Rostered
Jayden Higgins has seen 14 targets over his last two games, catching nine passes for 97 yards and a touchdown. He has some solid matchups coming up and could be worth a speculative add.
Mack Hollins (WR – NE) | 5% Rostered
Mack Hollins continued to take advantage of Kayshon Boutte being sidelined with a hamstring injury, catching four passes for 64 yards. In Week 12, the Patriots play the Cincinnati Bengals. If Boutte is out, Hollins would be a solid Flex play in deep leagues.
Cedric Tillman (WR – CLE) | 10% Rostered
In his second game back, Cedric Tillman led the Browns with 52 yards on three receptions. The ceiling for this passing attack isn’t that high, but Tillman is getting looks.
Isaiah Hodgins (WR – NYG) | 0% Rostered
With Darius Slayton sidelined with a hamstring injury, Isaiah Hodgins stepped up and caught five of six targets for 57 yards in the Giants’ loss to the Green Bay Packers. He led the team in yards and catches. Slayton being out would be a bonus, but even if he plays, Hodgins should still see some looks.
Tyrell Shavers (WR – BUF) | 0% Rostered
Tyrell Shavers made the most of his opportunity, with Keon Coleman scratched due to disciplinary reasons. He caught four passes for 90 yards and a touchdown. Shavers is a deep play waiting to happen. Perhaps this performance helped him earn a bit more playing time? He’s worth an add in deep leagues.
TE Handcuffs, Targets & Stashes
Noah Fant (TE – CIN) | 3% Rostered
Noah Fant caught five passes on six targets for 36 yards. While his yardage upside isn’t high and he’s a bit touchdown-dependent, he’s getting targets in an offense that’s productive and will often be in positive game scripts due to how bad the Bengals’ defense is.
Brenton Strange (TE – JAX) | 12% Rostered
He didn’t make his way back into the lineup this week, but Brenton Strange should return any week now. Strange was quite involved in the offense when he was healthy, and although the team now has Jakobi Meyers, they’re without Travis Hunter for the remainder of the season.
Chig Okonkwo (TE – TEN) | 15% Rostered
With Calvin Ridley out for the season and Chimere Dike suffering a concussion, Chig Okonkwo may be looked at a bit more. Still, it’s the Titans’ passing attack, so the ceiling isn’t extremely high.
AJ Barner (TE – SEA) | 9% Rostered
AJ Barner had a massive game in Week 11, catching 10 of his 11 targets for 70 yards. The starting tight end role for this excellent Seahawks offense could yield some top-notch results. He’s worth a look after this week’s efforts.
