Wednesday’s eight-game NBA DFS slate tips off at 7:00 p.m. ET and features a blend of competitive, high-scoring matchups along with one potential blowout spot. The San Antonio Spurs-Portland Trail Blazers contest carries the highest projected total at 239.5, while the Houston Rockets-Golden State Warriors matchup sits at the bottom at 225.5.
The Indiana Pacers-Toronto Raptors game is the lone matchup with a double-digit spread, sitting at -10 in favor of Toronto. The Memphis Grizzlies-New Orleans Pelicans, Spurs-Trail Blazers and Rockets-Warriors all have spreads within three points.
With the majority of games expected to remain close, lineup differentiation and identifying strong fantasy environments become crucial. With that in mind, here are some of the top plays and value options to consider for Wednesday’s slate.

NBA DraftKings & FanDuel DFS Primer
NBA DFS Core Plays
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (PG – OKC)
- DraftKings: $11,000
- FanDuel: $11,100
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (illness) is questionable for Wednesday’s matchup against the Minnesota Timberwolves, and the Oklahoma City Thunder will likely wait until closer to tip-off to gauge how he’s feeling. If he’s able to suit up, he profiles as a strong play, having scored at least 30 points in five of his last six outings. The game projects to stay competitive — Oklahoma City sits as an 8-point favorite — which should keep him on the floor if he’s active.
If Gilgeous-Alexander is ruled out, Ajay Mitchell and Isaiah Joe become appealing options, with both likely stepping into larger roles. Chet Holmgren would also see a meaningful bump in usage, taking on more shot creation and interior scoring responsibility.
Alperen Sengun (PF, C – HOU)
- DraftKings: $9,900
- FanDuel: $9,700
Alperen Sengun draws a favorable matchup against the Golden State Warriors, who have surrendered the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing centers over their last seven games. He’s also delivered strong production against them historically, averaging 20.1 points, 12.1 rebounds, five assists and 1.8 steals over his last 10 meetings.
Sengun also carries tremendous upside on a nightly basis thanks to his playmaking and rebounding. With Golden State struggling to contain opposing bigs, he’s in a prime spot to deliver another well-rounded fantasy performance.
NBA DFS Cash Game Targets
Jalen Brunson (PG – NYK)
- DraftKings: $9,000
- FanDuel: $9,300
Jalen Brunson has now logged three games since returning from his ankle injury and hasn’t missed a beat. He’s averaging 29.3 points, three rebounds and 6.3 assists during that span while looking fully in rhythm as the focal point of the New York Knicks’ offense.
Brunson draws a strong matchup this evening against the Charlotte Hornets, who rank 24th in defensive efficiency and have allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing point guards. With his scoring volume, secure usage and favorable opponent, Brunson profiles as one of the slate’s top guard options.
Keegan Murray (SF, PF – SAC)
- DraftKings: $6,600
- FanDuel: $6,300
NBA DFS GPP Targets
Devin Booker (PG, SG – PHX)
- DraftKings: $9,200
- FanDuel: $8,900
Devin Booker has hit a rough patch over his last four games, topping 20 points just once while shooting only 35.5% from the field. The volume is still there — he’s averaging 15.5 shot attempts during that span — which keeps the door open for a bounce-back performance once his rhythm returns.
Booker always carries strong upside because of his dual scoring and playmaking role, and tonight’s matchup offers a path to recovery. He draws a Sacramento Kings squad ranked 22nd in defensive efficiency over their last seven games, giving him a favorable environment to regain form.
Saddiq Bey (SF, PF – NOR)
- DraftKings: $5,100
- FanDuel: $5,500
NBA DFS Value Plays
Jock Landale (C – MEM)
- DraftKings: $4,900
- FanDuel: $4,500
Zach Edey (migraine) is questionable for Wednesday’s matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans. If he’s ruled out, Jock Landale is set to see an expanded role and additional minutes.
Landale showcased what he can do in Monday’s contest, playing a season-high 30 minutes and recording 26 points, 10 rebounds and two assists. While similar numbers shouldn’t be expected if Edey sits, Landale will likely see around 25 minutes and exceed his value.
Cam Spencer (PG, SG – MEM)
- DraftKings: $4,700
- FanDuel: $4,300
Ja Morant (calf) is set to miss his fifth straight contest tonight, which means Cam Spencer should continue to see 20+ minutes on the floor. His expanded role gives him a chance to contribute in multiple ways, especially in a matchup that projects to be competitive.
Over his last four games, Spencer is averaging 14.3 points, 2.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists, making him an appealing value option against the New Orleans Pelicans. With a game total of 234.5 and a close 2-point spread, Spencer is in line for meaningful minutes and opportunities to produce across categories.
Keshad Johnson (SF – MIA)
- DraftKings: $3,600
- FanDuel: $4,000
The Miami Heat are dealing with multiple injuries, as Jaime Jaquez Jr. (hip), Nikola Jovic and Andrew Wiggins (hip) are all questionable for Wednesday’s contest against the Milwaukee Bucks. Decisions on their status will likely be made closer to tip-off, so monitoring the injury report is essential.
If Wiggins and Jaquez are ruled out, Keshad Johnson is expected to see a significant increase in playing time. That expanded role makes him an appealing tournament option, as he could deliver solid fantasy production with more opportunities on the floor.
