Another week has come and gone, and it is time to look ahead to the upcoming slate of Major League Baseball action and dive into the fantasy baseball streaming pitchers. I’m here every week to give you suggestions on which pitchers you should stream to win your matchups.

Keep in mind that starters can get off schedule, and some projected starters may be pushed back due to injuries or weather.
First, let’s take a look at last week’s picks:

They have an old saying in baseball. You win some, you lose some. When we pick streamers, there is always a chance that it will not go well. These players are on the waiver wire for a reason. Let’s aim for more performances like the streamer heroics from Gage Jump and Bubba Chandler, and not the ones from Sam Aldegheri or Dustin May. Onwards and upwards for Week 13.
Fantasy Baseball Streaming Pitchers: Week 13
Monday, June 22
Andre Pallante (SP – STL) vs. ARI | 21% Rostered
Andrew Pallante is on a roll. The 27-year-old starter is having a bounce-back season after a rough 2025, where he posted a 5.31 ERA. The resurgent Pallante has a 3.76 ERA (3.68 xERA) in 76.2 innings with 62 strikeouts.
Pallante’s most recent three-start stretch has been the best of his season — five runs allowed across 18.2 innings, with 16 strikeouts.
Pallante’s slider has perhaps been his best pitch. He throws it about a third of the time, and batters are only hitting .183 against it with a 32.3% whiff rate. Pallante also utilizes a fastball, sinker, knuckle curveball and a splitter.
Pallante has earned great results this season, and his expected stats back it up. I like Pallante against the Diamondbacks, whose .693 team OPS ranks fifth-worst in baseball.

Tuesday, June 23
Peter Lambert (SP – HOU) @TOR | 16% Rostered
Peter Lambert has been great since spending 2025 in Japan. The 29-year-old looks like a completely different pitcher since his return, and the stats show it. His 3.23 ERA (3.52 xERA) has lowered his career ERA to 5.65. He has 58 strikeouts in 64 innings. Lambert was terrible before his time in Japan, to put it bluntly.
Lambert’s pitch arsenal has improved across the board since 2024. His fastball, in particular, has vastly improved, with batters hitting .189 against it this season compared to a devastating .318 in 2024.
The Blue Jays have the eighth-worst team OPS (.702). I trust the righty to take care of business with this matchup.

Wednesday, June 24
Cade Cavalli (SP – WSH) vs. PHI | 12% Rostered
Cade Cavalli has emerged as a solid, high-strikeout streaming option. The righty has 82 strikeouts in 77.1 innings, earning a 4.07 ERA (4.50 xERA).
The 42-35 Phillies are a tough opponent. Their team OPS of .696 is actually the sixth-worst in the league, but it is hard to ignore a lineup with Kyle Schwarber and Bryce Harper. For this reason, I am considering Cavalli a streamer who may not preserve ratios, but who should limit damage by compiling strikeouts. The Phillies have the 10th-most strikeouts in baseball with 660.
Consider Cavalli as a low-floor, high-ceiling option on Wednesday.

Thursday, June 25
Troy Melton (SP – DET) vs. HOU | 21% Rostered
Troy Melton may not be available in your league. If he is, grab this quality start machine. He has been very efficient in the five games since his MLB promotion, earning quality starts in three of these outings.
Melton has been pitching deep into games with low pitch counts. He only needed 94 pitches to throw eight innings against the Rays on June 3rd (only two runs allowed).
Melton’s ERA of 2.56 compared to an xERA of 3.81 indicates some obvious regression. However, the 25-year-old righty remains a great quality start option, even with some regression. Melton is facing the Astros, who have a just-about-average team OPS of .730, but are certainly not an easy matchup.
Melton is a solid option for Thursday, but other streamers on this list are facing easier teams and are due for less regression.

Friday, June 26
Keider Montero (SP – DET) vs. HOU | 10% Rostered
Keider Montero is inexplicably taking a step forward this season. It appears as if he has traded in strikeouts for ratios. His 2026 ERA of 3.68 (3.73 xERA) has lowered his career ERA to 4.31. On the other hand, his current 5.9 K/9 ratio has lowered his career K/9 ratio to 6.7. Montero has never been a strikeout pitcher. His breakthrough in limiting runs, though, is intriguing.
One factor that has greatly fueled Montero’s breakthrough is a greatly decreased walk rate. His current 5.8% walk rate is far lower than either of his previous seasons. The 25-year-old does not have great swing-and-miss stuff, but he sure does know how to control it.
The Astros are never a fun team for a streamer to face. Their offensive stats say their 37-42 record is about average, but it is always scary to face Yordan Alvarez. Consider Montero on Friday, but do not prioritize him at the top of this list.

Saturday, June 27
Robert Gasser (SP – MIL) vs. CHC | 2% Rostered
Robert Gasser has the name of a superstar. Unfortunately, the 27-year-old is yet to pull it together. The pitcher named Gasser only throws in the low-90s.
Disappointment aside, Gasser is actually a solid option this upcoming weekend. He is coming off back-to-back impressive starts against the Athletics and Guardians, where he allowed only two runs across 11.2 innings, while striking out 12 batters. Gasser has 31 strikeouts in 30 innings this season.
The southpaw has a 4.50 ERA on the season. Gasser’s xERA is 3.32. He has generated a lot of soft contact so far this season, which is a big step forward.
Gasser is an exciting positive-regression candidate on a hot streak against the Cubs.
Alternative: Kai-Wei Teng (SP – HOU) @DET | 5% Rostered
Sunday, June 28
Zebby Matthews (SP – MIN) vs. COL | 6% Rostered
Zebby Matthews has been streaky since returning to the Majors. So far, Matthews has earned the best ERA (4.78) and WHIP (1.177) of his spotty three-season career. The 26-year-old has a 3.81 xERA and has earned quality starts in five out of his seven starts this season. The righty allowed seven runs in each of the other two games.
The young starter is great when he is on. He allowed the Rangers to score only two runs in seven innings his last time on the mound. If Matthews looks sharp when he pitches earlier in the week, he is worthy of even more consideration for this weekend.
Matthews has been a phenomenal pitcher, most of the time. I love him facing the 30-48 Rockies (who have the sixth-most strikeouts in baseball) away from Coors Field.
