Player Note on Sandy Alcantara (SP - MIA)
Much like Shane Mcclanahan, the stuff is filthy when he's right and in Spring training it's lookin right. There is risk ranking him here but when the upside is high enough the risk is worth it. Ober and Joe Ryan are safer and more predictable but I'll roll the dice and see if 180 innings and 225 K's appear.
Player Note on Brice Turang (2B - MIL)
The X man has a buddy and he plays 2B for Milwaukee. 50-60 steals with a spattering of pop along the way. I like his mix ahead of many of the guys lining up behind him in my rankigns.
Player Note on Xavier Edwards (2B,SS - MIA)
Lacks the pop I like to see in my dual-threat loaded lineups but 50-60 steals is something I struggle to dismiss. I ain't buying saves when this many steals are still on the shelf. Get a closer later, Get the X man NOW.

20/30 potential in a strong lineup. A bargain at his current ADP
Player Note on Jack Flaherty (SP - DET)
His 2024 K/9 was sooo good I struggle to believe it. If he was a little less nasty I'd be more willing to believe it was real. So, knowing that is just stupid, I'm jumping in with both feet and loving the bargain. He deserves to be Top 70 based on 2024. Showing respect to the baseball gods that regression is a thing but outside of the 100 is too disrespectful to how good Flaherty was in 2024. Too much upside to be behind the next 10-15 SP in these rankings.

Leap of faith with this one but when he's right, he's Top 30. Ranking him JUST a wee bit inside of 100, a spot I'm willing to roll the dice that he comes back filthy.
Player Note on Mike Trout (CF,RF,DH - LAA)
How is Mike Trout being disrespected like this? His ADP is a farce. The guy has elite bat-to-ball skills. He doesn't run like he did but 35 homers and 10 steals? ADP outside of 100? Ranked behind Bregman, Riley Green, Vinnie Pasq and a few catchers?? Come on man.
Player Note on Jake Burger (1B,3B,DH - TEX)
Much more dangerous than Bregman and qualifies at 1b/3b in some leagues.
Player Note on Sonny Gray (SP - STL)
Do you realize he K'ed 200 in 2024? Tough to fear a guy named Sonny and a last name as simple as Gray. He's much more lethal than we give him credit for.
