Burger has heated back up of late, picking up hits in five of his last eight contests. The infielder has flashed an explosive power stroke for much of the season as one of the more streaky bats in the Rangers lineup for manager Skip Schumaker down the stretch, slashing .230 with 28 home runs, 90 RBI, 71 runs scored, and four stolen bases across 154 games.
