Player Note on Chris Conley (WR - JAC)
Conley has seen 8 targets over the last two weeks, both with Jake Luton at QB and with Laviska Shenault out of the lineup.

Player Note on Robby Anderson (WR - CAR)
We hope Teddy Bridgewater can play because Robby has a great matchup. The Lions are allowing the 5th most fantasy points to opposing perimeter WRs this season, where Anderson runs about 65% of his routes from. He should bounce back this week. If Teddy doesn't go, I would move him to do about WR30.

Player Note on Damien Harris (RB - NE)
Damien Harris has looked good lately, but his volume isn't guaranteed, especially if the Texans go up on the Patriots. In a good game script, Harris can potentially get 20+ carries, and if he gets that, he has a chance for upside and a TD because of the matchup. Just know his floor is low. Update: Sony Michel is active this week, so Harris becomes a more volatile start. Harris doing very well with his opportunities keeps him as a RB2 start.

Player Note on Austin Hooper (TE - CLE)
Hooper was playing in terrible game conditions last week, but he remains an integral part of the play action attack. He has a good chance to be top-2 on the offense in targets.

Player Note on T.J. Hockenson (TE - DET)
With Golladay, Swift, and Amendola out, Hockenson should be targeted a ton this week.

Player Note on Hayden Hurst (TE - ATL)
Hurst has been very consistent lately in terms of targets and production, and you'll take it in a PPR league. The fact that all the pieces are back together is probably a good thing for him.

Player Note on Darren Waller (TE - LV)
Waller has been disappointing lately, but he's getting the targets. Keep starting him

Player Note on Taysom Hill (QB - NO)
If Hill is available and eligible at TE (ESPN leagues mostly), I'd start him over everyone besides Travis Kelce.

Player Note on KJ Hamler (WR - DEN)
10 targets in each of the last two weeks. With two good corners on the outside, Hamler can be peppered once again.

Player Note on Sammy Watkins (WR - KC)
Watkins is back this week, and is an upside flex play in his first game back.

Player Note on Chris Conley (WR - JAC)
