View More NotesLast year, after joining the Jets, Adonai Mitchell saw a 23.6% target share and a 30% first-read share, but he did very little with it, producing only 37.6 receiving yards per game and 1.37 yards per route run. This preseason, Mitchell saw only two targets, and he had a 13.0 aDOT. I expect him to be the field stretcher for the Jets' passing attack this season. The Titans overhauled their secondary this offseason, but it's worth noting that last year they allowed the fifth-most deep passing yards per game and the second-highest deep adjusted completion rate. Do I think those stats will be sticky and projectable for 2026? Eh. We'll see. I'm not running Mitchell out there in Week 1 in a fantasy lineup unless we're talking about a deep dynasty league where you're scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Fantasy Impact
Mitchell appeared in seven games with the Jets since being acquired in the trade that sent Sauce Gardner to the Colts. This was the first time the 23-year-old was held without a reception since the trade. Mitchell should factor into the Jets' offensive plans for 2026 and should benefit from the return of Garrett Wilson.
