Carlos Asuaje produced three hits in five at-bats including a double and a RBI during the Padres' 9-6 loss to the Rockies on Monday.
Asuaje continues to provide a solid batting average (.309) since taking over at 2B for the injured Yangervis Solarte (oblique) on June 23rd. He doesn't offer much fantasy value other than batting average right now but with his recent move to the second spot in the batting order, he could be in a position to score and drive in more runs. He is only worth fantasy consideration in NL-only leagues.
