Yacksel Rios earns third win of the season on Sunday

The Phillies needed 11 innings to defeat the Pirates on Sunday, 3-2. Yacksel Rios finished the game, allowing a hit and no runs, striking out one. In doing do, he earned his third win of the season without a loss.
