Tim Lincecum beginning throwing program

Tim Lincecum (finger) will begin a minor-league rehab assignment with Triple-A Round Rock on Monday. Lincecum, who is on the 60-day disabled list with blister issues, has been working through a throwing program at extended spring training. (John Blake on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It is looking like Lincecum will be back towards the end of May. And when he returns to the Rangers he will be working in middle relief to start out and will not have any fantasy value.
