Brandon Guyer launches grand slam

Cleveland Indians outfielder Brandon Guyer went 1-for-4 with a grand slam on Tuesday in his team's 9-8 loss to the Detroit Tigers.
Fantasy Impact:
Guyer made his only hit of the night count as he launched a first-inning Francisco Liriano offering into the seats. Guyer is now batting .160 with three homers and 10 RBI this season.
