Odrisamer Despaigne comes off the disabled list

Odrisamer Despaigne was activated from the disabled list on Monday. Dillon Peters was optioned to Triple-A New Orleans in a corresponding move.
Fantasy Impact:
Despaigne will work out of the bullpen but could make some spot starts here and there. He's not a fantasy option at this point.
