James Pazos allowed one run on one hit while striking out one batter in 1/3 inning of relief against the Rays on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
This was the first run that Papa Paz allowed since May 16. Over this season, he has logged 22 innings with 22 strikeouts and only one walk. His 0.95 WHIP on the season ranks in the top 10 in the AL for qualified relievers as he continues to be one of the most effective arms in the Mariners' dominant bullpen. However, the nature of his short appearances and groundball outs do not provide fantasy owners with huge point production.
