Giants tender contract to Hector Sanchez

The Giants tendered a contract to their backup catcher Hector Sanchez. He is expected to make $1,000,000 this season. (Alex Pavlovic)
Fantasy Impact:
Sanchez was sidelined by two concussions last year, which led to the rise of Andrew Susac. Unless you have the fantasy itch to play in two-catcher NL-only leagues, you can safely ignore Sanchez. If Posey goes down, Susac will likely take his place.
