Joey Gallo homers in only at-bat in the All-Star game

Fantasy Impact:

Gallo crushed a solo homer in the bottom of the seventh inning off of reliever Will Smith. He missed the Home Run Derby, as he just returned from the injured list (oblique strain) in late June. Gallo’s homer in the All-Star game was the first by a Texas Ranger since Mark Teixeira in 2005. He looks to be fully healthy from the oblique strain he suffered in early June, and is currently slashing .275/.417/.643 with 20 homers and 46 RBI in 260 plate appearances this season.
