Ronald Belisario (RP) fractured his non-throwing shoulder last month in Venezuela and is not expected to be ready to start the season. (Associated Press)
Fantasy Impact:
Belisario will likely start the season on the DL. He would have been in the back end of the bullpen had he broke camp with the Rays and has no fantasy impact this season.
