Nick Bitsko signs with the Rays

The Tampa Bay Rays have signed their first round pick RHP Nick Bitsko to a $3 million contract. (Marc Topkin on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Bitsko was selected 24th overall by the Rays in the MLB 2020 Draft. He is committed to the University of Virginia, but will have the chance develop in the Rays farm system. Bitsko will enter a throwing program with the Rays as he is expected miss the 2020 minor league campaign. He has high-90s fastball and could develop into a top-40 starter pitcher in the near future.
