Janikowski's hamstring injury isn't believed to be serious and is day-to-day. The 28-year-old is vying for a roster spot and will most likely serve in a utility role if he makes the team. Jankowski slashed .182/.250/.182 with two stolen bases across 24 plate appearances for the Padres in 2019.
