Cody Ponce posts solid outing in Game 1

Cody Ponce allowed one run on one hit and two walks while striking out three over four innings in Game 1 of Monday's doubleheader against the Reds. He didn't factor into the decision.
Fantasy Impact:
Ponce yielded a solo homer to Joey Votto in the fourth inning. It was his only run allowed in Monday's Game 1 loss. He threw a total of 63 pitches, landing 39 for strikes. Ponce is currently not scheduled for another start.
